Therese Kollerer, CFA
Founder and President
Therese founded Lexington Capital Management in 2003. She’s responsible for all investment decisions and oversees all trading, portfolio analysis and research.
Before starting Lexington, she was a Portfolio Manager at The Portola Group of Menlo Park and Executive Vice President at Tanner Associates Asset Management in Saratoga, California. For both companies, she managed the portfolios of high net-worth clients and counseled them in many facets of their finances, including tax planning, estate planning, stock option strategies, divorce transitions and more.
Therese began her financial career doing research and analysis for a venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, InterWest Partners, where she worked for seven years. She earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1992 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco. She holds a B.S. degree from the University of California, Davis.
Therese is Co-Founder of 100+ Women Who Care Silicon Valley. a giving circle where members nominate local organizations to receive direct funding. Additionally, she is a Coach for the Mini Mermaid Running Club. an after-school program for girls in 2nd-5th grades which teaches healthy living and thinking skills while giving girls a chance to fall in love with running and experience the satisfaction of crossing a finish line. Therese has also served on several non-profit boards and also raised funds for non-profits by participating in endurance events including the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure and the Honolulu Marathon for The Leukemia Society.
