Very good pay and great place for someone whose hard working but does not have a degree

I have been working at Goodyear full-time (More than 5 years)

Excellent pay. Decent benefits. Starting to incorperate best practice implementation to make improvements

Physical constant labor, out dated and obsolete equipment, high potential for injury. Communication from upper management has improved but needs to be better. Work life balance is hard to maintain. Long shifts (12 hr) with more focus on production than safety

Happy to be here

Love the people, they can be pretty laid back depending on what store you work at. Pretty easy to learn the routine.

They have weird policies. And it takes a long time to learn the computer system.

My experience was good with Goodyear.

Great group of people to work with. Good pay and benefits. They work with you on the hours you need.

Upper management just looked at the bottom line and not what the employees were doing to improve. Warehouse didn t have storage space for paperwork.

Advice to Management

Pay attention to your employees.

Great Company Bad Management in Retail stores

I worked at Goodyear full-time (More than a year)

Great customers that are loyal to the Goodyear Brand! Good training and decent benifits

No advancement opportunity for minorities in the Georgia Retail stores. Good Ole boy Cultures

Advice to Management

Allow those who are qualified to advance. Don t place glass cellings over employees. Encourage growth form within. Thats why sales are not where they should or could be. If you were to take a pole alot of your employees in the Georgia Retail stores want to quit. Employee retention is very low in Georgia.
